We have developed a state of the art system that means you can do everything to apply online. Dont worry, we can still do it the old fashioned way with a paper and pen too. First you can use our online calculator to work out how much you want, when you can pay it back and we will provide the number and approximate amount of your repayments. Using our online system you can either upload the information we require or we will collect it face to face.

There are several factors that control how much you can borrow from us. At Moni Market, we take our responsibility as an honest and fair lender seriously and want to ensure that you can easily pay your loan back on time. As a policy we only let you borrow an amount where repayments will be less than 50% of your net pay per period and we also consider debt repayments to other companies. If you are a new customer we limit your first loan to K1000 and after that you could take up to a maximum of K2000. Use our online calculator to work out how much you think you could affordably borrow and we will provide the approximate repayment amounts.
We don’t believe in hidden costs, small print or surprises. That’s why we’re upfront about the total fees and interest charged. For all our costs take a look at our fees page.
The money will be put into your bank account.
We’ve made repayment easy. The repayments we’ve agreed with you will be automatically deducted from your employer. Just make sure you have accrued enough money in there on the specified days to avoid default fees and leave the rest up to us.
We get that it’s your workplace, but we may need to contact your employer to confirm some information that is vital to our decision about your loan. We just ask to confirm details (like ongoing employment) of an employee who’s applied for credit from Moni Market. The longer it takes us to confirm the longer it will take to assess your loan so it’s important you provide all the requested information.
You should contact us as soon as possible. We can help reschedule your loan, and if your circumstances have changed since you applied for your loan, we’ll consider your case with sympathy and try to create an achievable and desirable solution for everyone.
It’s important we have the right contact details for you. You can update your phone number, address and other details during the loan application process, alternatively give us a call or email loans@monimarketpng.com. In some instances we may need to verify some details but we’ll let you know.
If you think you may miss a payment, it’s important you contact us as soon as possible so we can try and help you out.
We will get in touch with you if any of your payments default. We will also get in touch with your payroll team as the sooner we can come to an arrangement the better for all parties involved.
If you have a genuine reason for this dishonouring we will do everything we can to help you. If you are able to make the payment within the next 36 hours we will waive the dishonour fee but additional interest will likely have been added to your loan.
If you still haven’t made the payment by the morning of the second business day after your due payment the default fee will remain on your account.
If we have not been able to contact you or come to some arrangement after 10 business days, or you have dishonoured more than once, we will arrange to recover the money by salary, wage or entitlement deduction.
If we have still not been paid by you, or by a salary, wage or entitlement deduction via your employer, we will lodge your outstanding debt with an External Debt Collection Company and may register your default with a Credit Reporting Agency. This will impact your future financial credit history and will prevent future lending. Finally we may lodge a claim with the court.
